This blog is dedicated to everything Mother Earth. The purpose is to share my natural recipes derived from the abundance Mother Earth has given us. All recipes found on this blog are vegetarian, free of chemicals, and animal-test free.
Before you begin to read through this blog, rid your mind of the notion that store bought is better or more efficient than homemade. You do not have to shop at a health food store to be healthy. Homemade does not mean cheap or less quality. Products from store shelves are not automatically superior in taste and/or ingredients.
This blog will prove all these misconceptions wrong.
What does natural mean? As you follow this blog, you will develop your own understanding of what natural living means. Everyone's definition is different. It is important that you are comfortable and happy with your commitment to this lifestyle. For me this means homemade, chemical and animal test, and meat free. Your definition and comfort level of natural living will be different and that is okay. Natural living is a continual journey of personal discovery to find what works best for you so do not stress every detail and enjoy this process.
